Privacy Policy
Effective November 3, 2026 · Last updated November 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Hustle House collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It’s written in plain English, because you shouldn’t need a lawyer to understand what happens to your information.
The short version
- We only collect what you type into the Growth Scan or send us directly, plus the basic technical data any website needs to run.
- We use it to reply to you, prepare your recommendations and, if you hire us, do the work.
- We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
- This site has no ad trackers, no analytics cookies and no third-party scripts.
- You can ask Peter to show you, correct or delete your information at any time.

01Who we are
Hustle House (“Hustle House”, “we”, “us”) is a done-for-you digital team for small businesses, based in New York City and led by our founder, Peter. This policy covers hustlehouse.tech, the free Growth Scan, and any time you contact us by email, phone or video call.
If you become a client, your proposal or service agreement may include extra terms about the data we handle while working on your project.
02What we collect
When you use the Growth Scan, ask Peter to get in touch, or contact us, you give us:
- Your Growth Scan answers. The kind of business you run, what’s holding growth back, the state of your website, your monthly revenue range, when you want things fixed, and your budget range.
- Your contact details. Your name and email, plus your business name or website and phone number if you choose to add them.
- Your follow-up request. Whether you’d like a phone call, video call or email, the best time to reach you, and any note you write.
- Anything you send us directly. Emails, calls, messages and files you share with Peter, including details about your business when we scope or deliver a project.
Revenue and budget are only ever asked as ranges, never exact figures. Please don’t put passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive details in the note field or in an email. If a project needs access to one of your accounts, we’ll set up a safer way to share it.
03What's collected automatically
We keep this to the minimum a website needs to run:
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It uses this to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We use your IP address for a few minutes to limit repeated form submissions and block spam. We don’t store it with your Growth Scan answers.
- Two small preferences in your browser. One note in session storage makes the intro animation play only once per visit. Another remembers whether you turned the soundtrack on. Both stay on your device and are never sent to us.
No ad trackers and no analytics cookies. This site doesn’t set its own cookies or run Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or similar tracking tools. Its fonts are served from our own domain, not from third parties. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor isn’t a bot. If we ever add analytics, we’ll update this policy first.
04How we use it
- To work out your Growth Scan score and recommendations, so Peter can review your scan personally.
- To get back to you the way you asked: by phone, video call or email, at the time you picked.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to plan, deliver and support the work if you hire us.
- To run the business, including invoicing, record-keeping, and keeping the site secure and free of spam.
- To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights if there’s ever a dispute.
Your Growth Scan score comes from a simple, fixed scoring of your answers. Peter reads every scan. The score is never used to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We’ll only email you about your scan and your request. We won’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you ask to join, and any marketing email we send will include an easy way to unsubscribe.
06How long we keep it
- Growth Scan submissions and call requests are deleted from our website’s storage automatically two years after you last submit or update them. We keep related emails only while they’re useful for following up with you, and we delete them when you ask.
- Client records such as proposals, invoices and project correspondence are kept while we work together. Afterwards we keep them for as long as tax and legal record-keeping rules require, generally up to seven years.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time. See your choices and rights below.
07How we protect it
The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare’s secure infrastructure, not in spreadsheets or on personal devices. Only Peter and the people working on your project can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise absolute security. If a breach ever affects your information, we’ll notify you as the law requires, including New York’s SHIELD Act.
08Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and send you a copy.
- Correct anything that’s wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information. If you’re a client we may need to keep some records for tax or legal reasons, and we’ll tell you if so.
- Stop contacting you. Reply “stop” to any email, or tell Peter on a call, and the follow-ups end.
Email peter@hustlehouse.tech with your request. We may ask you to confirm it’s you, usually by replying from the email address you used, and we’ll respond within 30 days. Using any of these rights will never change how we treat you.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states with privacy laws, and people in the UK and EU, may have extra rights under those laws, including the right to appeal our decision on a request. We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising, so there’s nothing to opt out of. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals.
09Children
Hustle House works with business owners. The site isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email peter@hustlehouse.tech and we’ll delete it.
10Where your data is processed
Hustle House is based in the United States. Our providers store data in the US and in other countries where they operate. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to the US and processed there.
11Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll point it out clearly here. Where we have your email and the change affects you, we’ll also tell you directly.
