Terms of Service
Effective November 3, 2026 · Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms explain how the site and the free Growth Scan work, and what to expect when you work with Hustle House. We’ve kept them short and plain, with no surprises hidden in the fine print.
The short version
- The Growth Scan and Peter's follow-up are free, with no obligation to buy anything.
- Scan scores and recommendations are a general guide, not a promise of results.
- Paid work only starts after you approve a written proposal with the scope, price and timeline.
- Once you've paid in full, you own the website, content and code we create for you.
- These terms are governed by New York law.

01Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit hustlehouse.tech, use the free Growth Scan, or contact Hustle House. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
If you hire us, the proposal or service agreement you accept covers that project. Where it says something different from these Terms, the proposal or agreement wins.
02Who we are
Hustle House (“Hustle House”, “we”, “us”) is a done-for-you digital team for small businesses, based in New York City and led by our founder, Peter. We provide websites, marketing, automation, custom apps and related services. You can reach us at peter@hustlehouse.tech or (917) 631-0884.
03The free Growth Scan
- The Growth Scan is free, and so is Peter’s follow-up. Neither one obliges you to buy anything.
- Your score, tier and recommendations come from a simple scoring of the answers you give. They’re a starting point for a conversation, not a full audit of your business.
- Nothing in the scan, on this site or in a free consultation is legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. For that, please talk to a qualified professional.
- Please give accurate answers and contact details that belong to you. We may ignore or delete submissions that look fake, automated or abusive.
04No guaranteed results
We do careful, professional work, and we’ll tell you honestly what we think will help. But results like traffic, search rankings, followers, reach, leads, sales and revenue depend on things outside our control. These include your market, your competitors, your offer, how your business runs, and decisions made by platforms like Google and Meta.
So we don’t guarantee any particular result. Any estimate, example or projection we share is an illustration, not a promise. If we ever agree to a specific performance commitment, it will be written into your proposal.
05Proposals and paid work
- Every paid project starts with a written proposal. It sets out the scope, deliverables, price or monthly fee, timeline and payment terms. Work begins once you accept it and any deposit it requires is paid.
- Package descriptions and pricing language on this site are general. Your proposal is what counts.
- If you want something added or changed outside the agreed scope, we’ll tell you the cost and timing in writing before we do it.
- Timelines depend on getting content, feedback, approvals and access from you on time. Delays on your side can move the schedule.
- Monthly plans run, renew and can be cancelled as set out in your proposal.
06Payment
Fees, deposits, payment schedules and accepted payment methods are set out in your proposal and invoices. Unless your proposal says otherwise, invoices are due when issued. If a payment is significantly overdue, we’ll let you know and may pause work until it’s settled.
Our fees don’t include third-party costs unless your proposal says so. These include ad spend, domain names, hosting, software subscriptions, stock assets and app store fees. You pay them, ideally straight to the provider and in your own name.
07Who owns the work
- What you own. Once your project is paid in full, you own the website, written content, designs and code we create specifically for you.
- What we keep. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, components, methods and know-how, whether we had them before your project or build them for general use. Where any of these are part of your deliverables, you get a permanent license to use them as part of your project.
- Third-party materials. Themes, plugins, fonts, stock photos, software and platforms remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
- Your accounts. Wherever possible, your domain, hosting, ad, social media, analytics and other accounts are set up in your name, so they stay under your control.
- Our portfolio. We may mention that we worked with you and show finished, public work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
08Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and timely feedback and approvals.
- Only send us content, logos, images and data you have the right to use, and that we’re allowed to use for your project.
- Make sure your business and your marketing follow the laws that apply to you. That includes having your contacts’ consent for email and text marketing (for example under CAN-SPAM and the TCPA), keeping claims about your products and services truthful, and meeting any licensing rules in your industry.
- Check work carefully before you approve it to go live.
- Keep the logins and access you share with us secure, and tell us when someone’s access should be removed.
09Third-party platforms and tools
Much of our work runs on other companies’ platforms, such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, website hosts, domain registrars, payment processors, CRMs and AI providers. We don’t control them. Their outages, policy and price changes, ranking and algorithm updates, and decisions such as suspending an ad account are outside our control and aren’t our responsibility, but we’ll help you respond to them. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
10AI and automation
Some of what we build uses AI, such as chat assistants, content drafts and automated follow-ups. AI can make mistakes, so review AI-generated content before you rely on it or publish it. You decide how AI tools are used with your customers. We choose AI tools carefully and avoid putting your confidential information into tools that train on it.
11Confidentiality
We treat non-public information about your business as confidential, such as your numbers, customer lists, plans and logins. We use it only to help you, and share it only with the people working on your project. This doesn’t cover information that’s already public, that you tell us we can share, or that we’re legally required to disclose. If you need a separate non-disclosure agreement, just ask. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12Using this website
You’re welcome to browse the site and use the Growth Scan. Please don’t:
- Submit false information or someone else’s contact details, or send spam or automated submissions.
- Try to break or overload the site, or get unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it for anything illegal.
The site’s design, text, graphics and code, the Hustle House name and logo, and the images of Peter belong to Hustle House or its licensors. You’re welcome to share links to the site, but please don’t copy or reuse its content without permission. We may update, change or remove any part of the site at any time.
13Disclaimers and limits of liability
This site and the free Growth Scan are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we don’t promise it’s complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- Hustle House isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
- Our total liability for any claim about this site or the free Growth Scan is limited to $100.
- For paid work, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose for the services it relates to, unless your agreement says otherwise.
Some places don’t allow certain limits on liability, so some of these may not apply to you.
14Indemnity
Someone may make a claim against Hustle House because of content or materials you gave us, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the site or our work. If so, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, including legal fees.
15Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If there’s ever a problem, please talk to Peter first, because most things can be sorted out with a conversation. If it can’t be resolved that way, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and Hustle House both agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
16Changes and general terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they’re posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Work already agreed in a proposal stays under the terms you accepted.
- If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
- These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any proposal or agreement you accept make up the whole agreement between us on these subjects.
